1. Introduction. You tell us what you sell, expected monthly volume, and the services you need. We respond with pricing and turnaround for your goods.
2. Terms. We put service terms, chain-of-custody procedures, and our ownership disclosure in writing before the first parcel ships.
3. First parcel. Your first submission runs through the full process (intake, testing, grading, QC, registry), and we review the results together.
